  I think it's an old Robert Wyatt song. The album it's from is 'Stop Me If You Think You've Heard This One Before". It's apparently a collection of old Rough Trade covers. Sorry can't be of anymore help, haven't heard it myself. I just wish Liz would get her act together and do an album rather than faffing around with other artists.
